The warranty will not be valid in case of factors external to normal use of the product.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

The warranty will begin on the same day of delivery and\/or acceptance of the order.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

The provisions of this warranty do not exclude the benefits of the legal warranty provided for in articles 913 and of the Civil Code for hidden defect(s) in favor of the buyer.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

\u2013 Products that are not in perfect condition and do not contain all their original contents.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

\u2013 No dissemination, transmission, or publication of customer data without their express consent.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

\u2013 Do not receive promotional or advertising emails unless expressly consented to by the customer.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

\u2013 Consult, modify, or delete the client’s personal data held in the EDUCATION FACTORY 1983, SL database at the client’s request.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

\u2013 Free access to the open sections of the EDUCATION FACTORY 1983, SL websit<\/span><\/span><\/span>e<\/p>\r\n\r\n

\u2013 Know at all times the processing status of the order placed.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

-Right of withdrawal.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n

For any dispute arising from this contract, both parties expressly submit to, and expressly waive their own jurisdiction, the jurisdiction of the courts of Seville or their superior courts.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n
