Placing and accepting your order:

Each order is considered an offer to purchase our products. After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number and all product details, as well as shipping costs for shipments outside the Peninsula and international shipments.

Pay:

You can pay with major credit and debit cards, VISA, MASTERCARD, and BIZUM. For professionals, contractors, and businesses, we accept bank transfers.

Price:

Product prices include VAT. Shipping is free and included in the price for orders within mainland Spain.

Returns and cancellations:

You may return new, unused, and complete products within 14 calendar days of the delivery date of your products by informing us by email at info@englody.com.

You are responsible for and will cover the cost of returning the product(s) unless the product is defective or does not match the description.

Refunds will be issued using the same method as your original payment for products returned in good, unused condition and, if possible, in their original packaging.

We do not accept returns on personalized products.
