To guarantee the customer the certainty and security of the price of their products, this price will be the one in effect in the advertising coinciding with the time the order is placed.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

Shipping costs will be borne by the customer. The easiest way is to send the item to EDUCATION FACTORY 1983, SL at the address shown on its website, provided that the customer has acknowledged this. Our product return guarantee includes a series of exceptions that you should be aware of. Returns are not accepted in the following cases under the right of withdrawal:

– Custom-made products.

Returns due to defects or defects:

We will process the refund using the same payment method used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any costs as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of their return, whichever is earlier.

You must return or deliver the goods directly to our registered office, specified in Title II of these General Conditions of Sale, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you notify us.

For any dispute arising from this contract, both parties expressly submit to, and expressly waive their own jurisdiction, the jurisdiction of the courts of Seville or their superior courts.
